Submit Your Video:

We’re inviting accomplished women in property technology to share their experiences in a short video submission. This is your chance to be heard, to inspire others, and to contribute to a vital conversation about the unique challenges and opportunities women face in this industry.

Key Questions to Address in Your Video Submission:

  • What strategies have you used to maintain emotional regulation in the high-pressure environment of property technology?
  • Can you share a moment when emotional regulation played a key role in your professional success or decision-making?

How to Submit:

  • Record a short video (2-3 minutes) answering the questions above.
  • Upload your video to YouTube following the instructions below.
  • Be sure to include your name, title, and organization in your video.
  • Email the YouTube link to bianca.ford@securitytechx.com as PropTech Women Share Your Story

How to Upload Videos to YouTube:

Step 1: Record Your Video

  • Record your video using your preferred device (smartphone, tablet, webcam, etc.).
  • Make sure the video is clear, and your voice is easily audible.
  • Keep your video within 2-3 minutes, addressing the key questions provided.

Step 2: Upload Your Video to YouTube

  1. Sign in to YouTube:

    • Go to YouTube and sign in with your Google account.
    • If you don’t have a YouTube account, you’ll need to create one.
  2. Upload Your Video:

    • Click on the camera icon with a plus sign in the upper right corner of the YouTube homepage (next to your profile picture) and select Upload Video.
    • Drag and drop your video file or click Select Files to choose the video from your device.
  3. Fill in Video Details:

    • Title: Give your video a relevant title, such as “My Story for PropTech Women Share Your Story.”
    • Description: Optionally, you can include a brief description of your video and your professional background.
    • Thumbnail: Choose or upload a thumbnail image that represents your video (optional).
    • Visibility: Under “Visibility,” choose Unlisted if you don’t want your video to appear publicly on your channel, but still want to share the link. If you choose “Public,” anyone can see your video on YouTube.

  4. Publish Your Video:

    • After filling in the necessary details, click Next and follow the prompts for Video Elements and Checks.
    • Finally, click Publish to upload your video to YouTube.

Step 3: Copy the Video URL

  • Once your video is uploaded, YouTube will provide you with a link to your video.
  • Copy this link to your clipboard. You can find it under the "Video link" section or by clicking the "Copy link" button.

Step 4: Submit the Video Link on the Form

  • Go back to the event’s submission form.
  • Paste the copied YouTube link into the field labeled “Video Submission Link.”
  • Complete any other required fields on the form and click Submit.

Step 5: Confirmation

  • After submitting, you should receive a confirmation message that your submission has been received.
  • Keep an eye on your email for any further communication regarding your video submission.
